Return Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

• Edible items (ingredients, colors, etc.) once the seal is broken.
• Perishable goods.
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer.
• Items without their original packaging or tags.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed via your original method of payment or store credit, typically within 5-7 working days.
